Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
- 2.Prepare the Gear
Carefully pack your items, ensuring all tags are attached and saddles or tack are free of horse hair, dirt, or signs of wear to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
